Step 1: Submit your booking request. If your application is accepted, you will be required to pay a $150 non-refundable deposit via e-transfer to B.my.resin@gmail.com to secure your spot.

Step 2: If you require shipping, we'll calculate the costs after receiving your deposit. Please note that deposits are refundable within 72 hours of payment or upon notification of shipping costs.

Step 3: Half of the total cost is due when you either ship or drop off your flowers. For last-minute bookings, this cost will be added to the deposit payment.

Step 4: Once your flowers are dry, we will have a consultation to discuss the mockup design, your purchase, the number of pieces, and any customizations. Remember, after this discussion, you can not change your choices. Once production has begun, there is no ability to make changes to your order. There will also be no refunds for the deposit and flower drop-off payment.

Step 5: The remaining balance is due on the "completion date”. I will inform you of the completion date three weeks in advance. The completion date and the date of item pickup may be different days; however, payment is due by the completion date, not the pickup date, as some customers delay pickup.

Step 6: If shipping is not required, a pick-up date and time will be arranged.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Be My Resin uses a ‘Pay it Forward’ method with any left over flowers. Any unused flowers will not be returned to the client. If you would like to save some of your flowers for yourself that are not to be used in your piece please do not ship or drop them off with Be My Resin.

    Our ‘Pay it Forward’ process allows me to save any unused flowers that are in good shape for a future client who might for any number of reason have a flower not make it through shipping or production in good shape.

    After the drying process is complete I do a mock up conversation with each client to show how their flowers turned out and come up with a desired design. It is at this time that I will give the option to trade out a flower if I have one in the ‘Pay it forward’ bank that is in better shape. Your flowers will never be swapped out without confirmation that this is approved of by the client.

    I have chosen to run Be My Resin with this policy to help avoid clients from needing to purchase replacement flowers if it can be avoided.

  • All flowers are welcome! If your flowers have already been dried this reduces the process time by 6 weeks. You will also save $50 from your total cost. Please use discount code Predried50 on the booking form.

    1. To begin, please complete the Booking Form and pay the $150 Deposit. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing a receipt and shipping instructions.

    2. Ship or drop off your flowers the following business day as per our instructions. We will email you pictures of the received flowers and send you an invoice for 1/2 of the remaining cost (non-refundable). Drying of the flowers will commence when payment is received. Once your flowers are properly dried and ready for preservation in resin, we will reach out with mock-up options. You have 72 hours from receipt of the mock-up options to choose a design. If there is no response we will attempt contact 1 more time. If there is no answer after 24 hours production will commence without your design input. If there is no design input there is no option for refund due to product design.

    3. The entire process typically takes about 4-6 months, depending on the order size, and mold availability. Be My Resin has a limited number of molds for each shape and therefore if there is an influx of requests for the same shape production times are longer. All efforts are made to get your keepsake in your hands as soon as possible!

    4. Be My Resin will inform you of your product completion date. This is the date that the final payment is due by. This is not necessarily your product pick up date.

    5. If the keepsake is being shipped it will be shipped once the final payment is received. If you are picking up your piece in person please see the Pick up booking page to see the available dates for product pick up. Email B.my.resin@gmail.com to notify us of your chosen pick up date. There will be no ability to pick up without confirmation from Be My Resin of the chosen pick up date.

  • This is an option! If you would like me to purchase a certain flower type for a small piece we can work that out please fill out the contact form with your desired request.

    If you are looking for a piece made with a bouquet please purchase a bouquet through a local florist in Abbotsford BC.

    If you are not local please write the florist name and number in the booking form and the day the flowers will be ready for pick up so I can pick them up for use. There will be an added $20 for time and gas of me picking up your bouquet from the florist.
