Payment

Step 1: Submit your booking request. After I accept your application, you will be required to pay a $150 non-refundable deposit via e-transfer to B.my.resin@gmail.com to secure your spot.
Step 2: If you require shipping, we'll calculate the costs after receiving your deposit. Please note that deposits are refundable within 72 hours of payment or upon notification of shipping costs.
Step 3: Half of the total cost is due when you either ship or drop off your flowers.
Step 4: Once your flowers are dry, we will have a consultation to discuss the mockup design, your purchase, the number of pieces, and any customizations. Remember, after this discussion, you can not change your choices. Once production has begun, there is no ability to make changes to your order. There will also be no refunds for the deposit and flower drop-off payment.
Step 5: The remaining balance is due on the "completion date”. I will inform you of the completion date three weeks in advance. The completion date and the date of item pickup may be different days; however, payment is due by the completion date, not the pickup date, as some customers delay pickup.
Step 6: If shipping is not required, a pick-up date and time will be arranged.
